1. Order Processing Timeframe
All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on the delivery location.
While we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, natural disruptions, or courier-related issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight and delivery destination. Applicable charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via Email or SMS. Customers can use the tracking link to monitor the real-time delivery status of their package.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address details during checkout.
VAIDHIKA MART will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or unreachable contact details. If an order is returned to us due to such reasons, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
