Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation Process: Customers can request cancellation by contacting our support team with their Order ID via Email or Phone.
Refund for Cancellation: If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated and credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
2. Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
Consumables (Non-Returnable): Due to hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance reasons, consumable and perishable products such as Dry Fruits, Herbs, Spices, Masalas, Ghee, and Honey are non-returnable unless delivered in damaged or expired condition.
Durable Goods (Returnable): Non-consumable products such as Brass & Copper Pooja Articles, Yantras, Gemstones, and Rudraksha Beads are eligible for return only if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting Timeframe: Return requests for eligible products must be raised within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear and uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or defective product claim. Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.
3. Refund Policy & Processing Time
Quality Inspection: Returned products will undergo quality inspection within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt at our facility.
Refund Initiation: Refunds will be processed after successful verification and approval of the return request.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
4. Exchange & Replacement Policy
If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product is received and verified.
Replacement Dispatch Timeline: Within 24 to 48 working hours after successful quality verification.
Replacement Delivery Timeline: Replacement products are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
